2008 IMPACT Award - "Customer Experience"

The Microsoft IMPACT awards recognize excellence across the large and diverse community of Microsoft's Canadian technology partners. The Customer Experience Award recognizes a technology partner that has provided an outstanding customer experience to elevate the reputation of Microsoft with the customer (via product, relationship, ease of doing business, etc.). This award goes to a solution provider that has exemplified customer satisfaction and customer intimacy.

Global Partner of the Year

Among thousands of Value Added Resellers (VARs) from around the world, in 2002 TGO was the first non-U.S. VAR to be named Global Partner of the Year. This award is given to the partner who has been a champion of financial management software, an advocate of new technology and a strong representative of Microsoft Business Solutions throughout the industry. Their energy, persistence and integrity result in a combination of the highest levels of sales, customer additions, customer satisfaction and knowledge.

Inner Circle

Inner Circle status ranks TGO Consulting amongst the top 1% of Microsoft Business Solutions global network of business management software partners. This elite group demonstrates industry leadership in providing outstanding business solutions to customers. TGO Consulting was recognized with this honour in 2009 and to date has been a member of this select group for eight years.

Excellence in Front Office Award

The Front Office Excellence Award was presented to TGO as the partner organization that achieved the highest Great Plains Siebel Front Office sales volume for fiscal year 2001. TGO has been an evangelist for Front Office from the very beginning, having adopted the line as soon as it was announced. In fiscal year 2001, TGO's Front Office business grew by 119%, a clear indication that TGO's persistence and dedication to Great Plains Siebel Front Office has been rewarding.
