As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the project solution components from initiation to post implementation.  You must have experience with managing client relationships and an ability to engage in high level business discussions related to business solutions as required. Project Managers must make recommendations to senior management as required and have the ability to manage, support, guide, and coach team members.

  • Responsible for all aspects of delivery including project initiation, planning, scope and budget management, client management, change requests, customer satisfaction, and profitability
  • Communicate and reinforce the project methodologies and standards, as well as develop or manage all project documentation as required
  • Act as a project sponsor developing and maintaining client relationships ensuring complete client satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain cost estimates, integrated project plans, work breakdown structures as well as associated timelines, resources plans, and any other documentation required to control the project budget
  • Monitor all testing and implementation activities, ensuring that all phases/aspects of testing are covered based on the project
  • Accountable for completion of the Statement of Work in support of sales proposals, ensuring all milestones are met throughout the project by monitoring and identifying scope changes
  • Must have the ability to create, deliver, negotiate change orders when appropriate and conduct ongoing review of related costs to mitigate potential cost overruns
  • Direct the project team, lead them through problem determination, and issue resolutions as required
  • Oversee and manage project activities to ensure projects are completed in accordance to the client’s expectations and maintain ongoing communication with the client on all pertinent details
  • Support a culture for professional advancement focused on ongoing mentoring, recognition and reward for exceptional work
  • Focused on resolving conflicts and settling disputes that impact business
  • Demonstrate a high standards of professional ethics and fairness
  • Interact with the executive team on a regular and timely basis; accurately provide all necessary inputs for the project review process

  • Generate new consulting opportunities within your client base


  • 5+ years of practical experience as a Project Manager
  • Experience with a major consulting firm and/or systems integration firm and/or ERP would be an asset
  • Excellent organization and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
  • Passionate and energetic about your work and how you service your clients
  • Resourceful and confident under pressure
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, facilitation and presentation skills
  • Must have excellent written and verbal skills: clear, concise and error-free (able to communicate concepts and details to both the client and the consulting team)
  • Ability to initiate and develop new business opportunities
  • Must be highly professional with clients and colleagues
  • Must be a self-starter who can properly manage time and commitments
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and view change positively
  • Experienced in consulting of business clients with a focus on business modeling and software implementation
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project ) and other tools that support project management
  • Good understanding of all major activities for a business system implementation such as analysis, design, development, and deployment
  • Team leadership experience
  • Familiar and experienced in: Scope Management, Resource Management, Change Management, Risk Management, Quality Management, Issue Management Budget
  • Client Facing – Business Acumen, comfortable working at the client site
  • PMP designation from the Project Management Institute (PMI) is nice to have but not mandatory
  • University Degree or College Diploma in related field
  • Candidates must be legally able to work in Canada
  • Minimal travel required for this role
