Tracey is a founder and Chief Operating Officer of TGO Consulting. Tracey began her career implementing, designing and providing training for accounting/distribution systems for Crowntek Canada and York Street Software. Tracey left York Street Software to pursue a position as a Vice President for Prosol Systems, where she was involved in the implementation and training for various accounting systems, including customized applications.
Tracey formed TGO Consulting with partners Orgad Gratch and George Braun, with a mandate to build the best possible system implementation team in the industry. Since TGO's inception, Tracey has been involved in many implementations, taking part in a variety of roles including; needs analysis, providing business recommendations, training and support. Currently, Tracey is focused on building a winning Professional Services team, concentrating on hiring talented people, the development of consulting best practices, methodology and team development.
George is a founder and President of TGO Consulting. He has held notable positions at Peat Marwick KPMG and System West Consulting as the Marketing and Support Representative for their Business Partner Series accounting software solution. George gained valuable experience that carried him into his next position as Vice President of Prosol Systems.
George's background includes many years of experience in the implementation and customization of financial, distribution and customer relationship management systems. His primary responsibility today is business development as well as focusing on emerging technologies.
Orgad is a founder and Chief Executive Officer of TGO Consulting. Previously he held notable positions at Peat Marwick KPMG as a Chartered Accountant where he implemented financial software for small to large size organizations. Orgad worked within a variety of industries including distribution and manufacturing and later joined Eldon Industries as corporate Controller.
Orgad's business, systems and finance background coupled with his unwavering focus on customer satisfaction helped form the basis of what TGO is today. Orgad is committed to building lasting relationships and ensuring the optimum in customer service.
Blair is a partner and Chief Information Officer of TGO Consulting. Blair joined TGO in 1998 and since has been instrumental in determining our technology offerings for clients ever since. He's played a pivotal role in many complex ERP integration deployments and continues to be involved for multi-faceted enterprise level projects.
Today, Blair plays visionary role for prospects and clients. Blair's ability to address business needs through the use of technology is his true forte. His ability to envision and provide state-of-the-art business technology solutions has allowed us to accomplish the unthinkable for many clients. Blair's successes have granted him recognition as a visionary within the industry, and today is a sought-after Microsoft conference and keynote speaker.
Steve Ewing is Vice President, Sales and Marketing for TGO Consulting. New to the TGO team, Steve brings more than 16 years of experience leading sales & marketing initiatives for large corporations. Most recently, Steve served as Vice-President & General Manger for Eastern Canada of IKON, where he was responsible for 14 offices, 750 employees, and managing a budget of over $95 million. Before joining IKON, Steve spent a collective 12 years working at Canon Canada running their Graphics Division, and prior to that Dell Canada in the Preferred Accounts Division.
Steve's a proven leader with a track record of exceeding both sales and operational targets. A lead-by-example philosophy fosters a culture of accountability that breeds success, which is best demonstrated by people's eagerness to work alongside him and to trust his lead. Steve is also a member of both the Presidents of Enterprising Organizations and the Canadian Professional Sales Association.
