Training Policy

Thank you for your interest in TGO's Certified Training. We look forward to your attendance at the upcoming training session.

Payment Policy:
Our Training Coordinator will contact you within 2 business days of receiving your online request to process your payment. Alternatively you may contact us at 905 470 6830 x 136
- Your reserved seat will be confirmed once payment is received.
- Visa payments are accepted and can be processed at the time our Training Coordinator contacts you.
- Invoices may be issued, however payment must be received in order to confirm your reservation.

Cancellation Policy:

TGO:
TGO reserves the right to cancel any training course two weeks prior to the scheduled date. In the event your course has been cancelled, you may request a full refund or choose to attend the next scheduled date. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause you and your organization.

TRAINEE:
**All cancellation notifications must be communicated via email and delivered to events@tgo.ca

The trainee reserves the right to cancel a training course up to two weeks prior to the scheduled date and a full refund or credit will be administered.

Cancellations which occur within two weeks of a scheduled training course will result in 50% of the course fee being charged as an administration fee. The remaining 50% can be applied to a future training course.

Failure to attend a training course without notification given within 2 business days prior to the scheduled date will be considered a "no show" and the entire course fee will be forfeited.



Training policy must be accepted before it can be submitted.
